Over the past three years or so, I’ve seen ex-Million Dead man Frank Turner play live a lot. In fact I’ve seen him play, ooh, at ten gigs including tonight, with only two being non-headline appearances.

Editors are to head out on tour in March to support the release of their third studio album.
Even though it could be very easy for Shakira to jump and down to let her humble breasts flop around for the eager eyed male, she doesn’t. This album has its poppy moments, such as single She Wolf, but also sees a continuing growth in her maturing sound.

Introducing Anavris: a four-piece rock group from Glasgow.
The Real Feel is a very fine record indeed and an interesting exploration of all things wonderfully understated.
It's too studied and deliberate to be anything better than average, and most of Harris' ideas are horribly pitched and badly drawn out.
Go Hard is certainly worth a listen, and you hope that this album is Lethal Bizzle’s transitional album rather than his seminal work.
Not everyone will like this album - and even among committed fans there will be lots of people who will miss those delicious guitar riffs that were central to the band’s previous work - but it’s also possible that some others who never really got Editors before might just get them now.
