After being drip fed information on their upcoming album, Los Campesinos! have released the title and tracklisting for their forthcoming album. Romance Is Boring will be released on February 1 2010 through Wichita Recordings, with the single There Are Listed Buildings out some way before it on November 2 2009.
Here’s the list of what you can expect to hear on it:
- In Medias Res
- There Are Listed Buildings
- Romance Is Boring
- We’ve Got Your Back (Documented Minor Emotional Breakdown #2)
- Plan A
- 200 – 102
- Straight In At 101

The album was recorded between March and June of this year, with guest appearances from Jamie Stewart, Zac Pennington and Jherek Bischoff. Romance is Boring is, apparently, “about the death and decay of the human body, lost love, mental breakdown, and football.”
To celebrate, Los Campesinos! will play their biggest ever London headline show when they turn up at Koko on February 25 next year, and they’ll be supporting the Cribs throughout December on their UK tour.
