After all too long the princess of pop looks like she is about to announce her comeback.

In a message to her fan mailing list (of which I’m an unashamed member) she said:

Please stay tuned… Tune in on Kylie.com from tomorrow, Tuesday 20th April at 12pm (GMT) for an extra special announcement.

A similar message was posted on Parlophone’s twitter.

So that’s the news…..but we’re not above wild speculation so here’s some good theories

1) She matching Dannii and having a baby.

2) She’s getting married to Spanish boyfriend Andres Valencoso.

Both of these have slim chances – why would Parlophone be so involved in the build up?

3) Shes got a new album – chances of this are high as earlier this year she complained she had “no life” due to work on her new album. Given today’s leaked track, Love Love Love (below), this is by far the most likely.

4) Shes going to replace Dannii on X Factor while she has a baby – Though she laughed this suggestion off earlier this month she was a smash hit on the show last year. However, what makes this theory most plausible is that the focus of the press release is on a UK audience – and an X Factor announcement would be an exclusively British affair. Kylie is a worldwide star – why would she make an announcement before most of the US press was awake?

We already know an album is coming….so let’s hope this option four is what the news will be.
