Kylie Minogue has taken a new direction in her music career by becoming a pub singer. The pint sized pop princess walked into the Ring o’Bells in Somerset just before last orders as a favour to her record company executives who live locally.

As well as her new songs she also belted out 80s classics like “I Should be so Lucky” and “Locomotion” as the alcohol flowed.

Landlady Lauren Goodard was shocked saying “It was all quite surreal, to be honest. It’s not the sort of thing you expect to see in a quiet local pub like this. We were sworn to secrecy and didn’t even tell the staff until 30 minutes before the doors opened.”

Eliza Doolittle and Tinie Tempah also perfomed.
