It wouldn't get in my top 10, probably not even 20. I'm going to go to bed before I get into thinking about my favourite albums of the decade though or I'll be here working it out until 2019. The band never recovered and yes the follow-up is poor. Looking at the NME list, it smacks of pomp and arrogance yet again. All British music and no international praise. Holes In The Wall by the Electric Soft Parade, 100 Broken Windows and The Remote Part by Idlewild, The Lost Riots by Hope of the States, O by Damien Rice, Glasvegas by Glasvegas, In Rainbows by Radiohead, Hold On Now, Youngster by Los Campesinos!, Breaking Up by the Research....would all be close.
